The Design Process

  • Yes, we can install and set up the template for your existing Squarespace website. Please note that this service incurs an additional cost and is only available for Squarespace 7.1. To check your Squarespace version, log into your site and click "Help" in the left panel.

    Additionally, you'll need to agree to have an "under construction" page on your site during the setup process. This typically extends our timeline from 1 day to 3 days.

    • Branding
      You’ll need to provide your branding materials, including your logo, color palette, fonts, and any brand graphics. If you don’t have these yet, we offer mini branding services.

    • Images/Videos
      You’ll need to supply images and videos to replace those in the template. If you don't have these, we offer stock photography sourcing and curation.

    • Copy
      You’ll need to provide the text to replace the existing content on the template. We offer a copy optimizing service if you need extra support.

  • Yes, our dashboard includes a step-by-step guide to help you gather and send us all the necessary information in the correct formats. This ensures you provide everything needed efficiently and accurately.

  • Our one-day website design process involves using pre-designed templates and a streamlined setup approach. With all your branding materials, text, and images ready, we efficiently customize the template to fit your needs.     If you need further assistance, we can separately book an extra one-to-one session to help you with this.

Booking

  • We recommend booking 3 to 4 weeks in advance. This allows you ample time to prepare and gather all the necessary information for your website, including text, images/videos, and brand assets.

  • We require a 50% initial payment to secure your project in our schedule to begin preparations. The remaining 50% is due on the scheduled completion date, just before your website is launched.

  • Yes, signing a contract is important. It ensures that both parties are clear on the conditions and expectations for a successful and transparent working relationship, as well as for a successful project.

  • Yes, there are two additional costs to consider:

    • Squarespace Subscription
      You will need a Squarespace subscription for your website. You can check Squarespace pricing here. We offer a 20% discount for the first year with an annual subscription.

    • Domain
      A domain is necessary for your website and typically costs around $20-$30 per year. Squarespace offers a free domain for the first year with their annual subscription.

    These costs are separate from the template and setup services we provide.
